Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you like best about the product?
I used it for a large file transfer project and I am impressed by the speed, reliability, and overall user experience. The fast transfer speed is a highlight for me, as well as the customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a bit confusing and difficult to navigate across.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Slow transfer speed is one major problem solved by IBM Aspera. Scalable software and can handle large scale files. Reliable connections.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly software, practical. The platform is extensive with many options and integrations available, and free tutorials available on IBM's website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some services take a certain amount of time to provision, and automated pre-required installations could be obtained and updated. The file management interface is not great, and it can be difficult to find files as the number increases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of storing my personal and work data. IBM Cloud offers all services (storage, database, data warehouse, analytics, etc.) in one place.
