    ADSelfService Plus enhances security with adaptive MFA, offering 20 different authenticators to protect identities and endpoints. Its SSO feature allows users to access all enterprise applications through a unified, secure authentication process. The platform streamlines password management by enabling self-service password resets and account unlocks, enforcing strong password policies, and sending password expiration notifications. Users can also update profiles and manage group subscriptions, with approval workflows ensuring accountability. Remote work is supported with features like cached credential updates, secure logins, and mobile password management. Integrations with SIEM, ITSM, and IAM tools help create a secure and efficient IT environment.     ADSelfService Plus service is installed in this instance. Once the instance is up and running, take remote connection to your instance. You can now access the ADSelfService Plus application by accessing the URL : http://<public-dns>:8888/ from Internet Explorer or other supported browsers such as Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. The default user name to login is "admin" and password is <your_instance_id>. During startup, ADSelfService Plus adds all the domains that it could discover in your network. If you wish to add more domains or modify the added domains, you can do it using the Domain Settings link on the top right corner of the ADSelfService Plus web console.     What do you like best about the product?
    I think the best thing about ADSSP is how flexible the product is. We have different requirements for different audiences, and we can fine-tune those requirements based on group membership. This lets us tailor the security experience to the type of user who is using the system.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    My biggest dislike is that it’s an on-prem system, so I have to maintain a server and handle the updates myself.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We use it for initial password setup and for users who have forgotten their passwords. One of the main benefits is that we can easily populate users’ personal email addresses and phone numbers in the system, so they can use those factors during the initial setup. We can also require them to configure a stronger factor as part of that same initial setup process.

    Easy Active Directory Integration and Secure Self-Service Password Resets

    What do you like best about the product?
    Because our business has strict security requirements, we often end up with complex passwords and frequent requests for support to change local AD passwords. This solution helps by allowing users to securely reset their own passwords and unlock their accounts when they lock themselves out, which saves time for both employees and technicians.
    Set up was easy and integrated into Active directory quick and no hassle. Users are auto synced frequently and always available. The Auto Erroll feature helps for new starters. UI looks quite dated, but its not the style but the features which is the key aspect. Along with other ManageEngine products it does what it says on the tin.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It still feels very Windows 2000. The UI could be updated and more technician-friendly, but adding a bit more modern polish would bring it more in line with other Manage Engine products.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Users frequently are forgetting passwords or locking themselves out, this assists employees to have more dependancy to fix the issue without raising support requests to then wait for a tech, the tech can also spend time on more critical tasks

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like how quickly and efficiently ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus allows us to rebuild our entire system from scratch. They take the problems as their own and ensure we fully understand what's going on and how to fix it in the future. The initial setup was very easy, and they walked us through everything thoroughly and completely.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    We had no problems with using their service

    I use ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus for multifactor authentication and password management, solving issues with unlocking and resetting. It fixed our service connection problems efficiently, rebuilding the entire system swiftly.

    What do you like best about the product?
    This is a great tool for auditing permissions within my company. It lets me quickly identify and list who has which AD permissions in just a couple of seconds, which is extremely helpful during audits. The user interface is easy to navigate and genuinely user-friendly as well. Integration was also very easy to set up. the support desk is also very helpful and prompt with there responses and are always on hand. its a great product at a great price!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    When I’m trying to find password lockouts, I feel the webpage response could be a bit more in-depth and provide more detail about what happened and where the lockout occurred.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Cutting our Audit times in half as its now a one click search with a very fast response time.

    Easy ADSSP Deployment with Flexible MFA Options

    What do you like best about the product?
    Our primary reason for deploying ADSSP was to add MFA to our privileged and IT administration accounts. The wide array of MFA authenticators made deploying multiple MFA's possible. Installation was easy and maintaining the system has been a breeze.

    We will likely roll out the self-service portal for users to unlock their accounts and change passwords. We also plan to deploy MFA for Outlook Web Access (OWA).
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Frequent patch updates requiring several, manual steps. Ideally this would be done with an internal or automated update.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We were required to have an MFA solution for administrator accounts. ADSSP has been a breeze in meeting that requirement.
