    Usage Instructions

    1. Launch an EC2 instance using this AMI from AWS Marketplace.

    2. Select an appropriate instance type, configure networking, attach an EBS volume if required, and ensure your security group allows SSH (port 22) and MySQL (port 3306) only from trusted IP addresses.

    3. Connect to the instance using SSH with your EC2 key pair:

      ssh ubuntu@<public-ip>
    4. Verify that the MySQL service is running:

      sudo systemctl status mysql
    5. Configure your database, create application users, update passwords, and modify MySQL settings as needed for your environment.

    6. Complete any additional security hardening, backup configuration, and monitoring according to your organization's requirements before using the instance in production.
