Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Vendor refund policy
You can cancel a paid plan at any time. We recommend modifying your subscription at least a couple of days before the next scheduled payment. If you cancel or downgrade your plan, you won't be able to use the advanced features anymore. The remaining account balance, pro-rated, will be used for later billing cycles or for new purchases. We do not offer refunds, however (as detailed in our Terms and Conditions).

What do you like best about the product?
Very fast to create dashboards, user friendly so easy to build those. Nice embedding in pages and also very nice support to help us solve our issues ! They also give our company some visibility in their roadmap so that we can see what is coming and if it can solve our issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing year over year comparisons and some features on some charts like limiting number of stacked categories in stacked bar chart.

What do you like best about the product?
Luzmo has a straightforward and easy-to-integrate solution. They have continued to add value in our analytics chain, starting from their robust integration layer and moving up toward data management, they have helped us provide a comprehensive and valuable solution for our clients. We found it easy to pilot and to implement at scale.

Luzmo has been responsive and has improved on any areas of concern I've had in the past 24 months.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple enough to use that non-technical people are easily able to be involved in the use of it. But has a lot of options which cover basically all potential use cases that we have had.
Also the ability to cache the data in the datasets using the "accelerator" feature has been very helpful, as some of our queries take a long time to load.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only downsides for us is that we are planning to have a lot of dashboards and datasets in the future, and I think the UI is not necessarily super easy to navigate once we get to the stage.
It can be time consuming creating more complex dashboards and ensuring the right themes/colours are applied.

It meant we didn't have to build our own analytics platform as it's very easy to embed into our product. We have been able to focus on other things, especially saving on developers time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of options it contains, the possibility of having control over the data, and the ease of creating an embedded BI solution in record time. Not very challanging integration with a great support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations in the components, but their team is always trying to improve them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Luzmo provides an easy platform for our customers where they can analize their own data, and customize the analysis of that data via new version of core dashboards. In the future, new dashboards and datasets.

What do you like best about the product?
We are offering dashboard building to our clients with Luzmo, and they appreciate the ease of use and customizable capabilities of the tool.
The team is super friendly and very reactive in case we need their support, and always happy to give us advice.

When having complex use cases, a few advanced features might miss (formulas in widgets for example). We are following their roadmap very closely ;-)

With Luzmo we are able to offer a platform to our own customers, for them to plug their data and build their own dashboards.
