Vendor refund policy
Refund Policy: Cancel within 48 hours and use less than 5,000 tokens for a full refund. Cancel within 7 days with under 15,000 tokens used for a partial refund based on prorated usage. No refunds after 7 days or if over 25% of tokens are used. To request a refund, email support@teqfocus.com with your AWS account ID and subscription details. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
