Multidata Analysis AI Agent by Acroquest Technology
Multidata Analysis AI Agent is an enterprise AI solution from Acroquest Technology, an AWS Partner Network member holding both the AWS ML Competency and AWS AI Service Competency. It enables organizations to search, analyze, and visualize enterprise data distributed across documents, databases, and business systems - all through natural language conversation.
What It Does
Users can access manuals, FAQs, design documents, customer data, sales data, manufacturing data, and other information without understanding underlying data structures or how to operate each system. Based on the user question, the agent automatically selects the appropriate data sources, performs searches, queries, aggregations, comparisons, and analyses, and presents results in an easy-to-understand format including tables and charts.
Key Capabilities
- Natural language querying - Ask questions in plain language and receive structured answers with visualizations
- Multi-source orchestration - The agent intelligently routes queries across structured and unstructured data sources in a single conversation
- Semantic layer for enterprise data - Translates natural language into the appropriate search and analysis processes, eliminating the need for SQL expertise or system-specific knowledge
- Combined structured and unstructured analysis - Correlate insights from documents (PDFs, manuals, FAQs) with database records (customer, sales, manufacturing data) in one unified workflow
- Visualization and reporting - Automatically generates tables, charts, and summaries tailored to the question asked
Use Cases
- Customer analysis - Query customer records, purchase history, and support documents together to build comprehensive profiles
- Enterprise knowledge search - Find answers across scattered documentation, wikis, and internal systems
- Root cause analysis - Investigate manufacturing and quality issues by correlating sensor data, logs, and process documents
- Management decision-making - Generate cross-functional reports combining financial, operational, and market data
Secure Deployment in Your AWS Environment
The solution deploys directly in the customer AWS account and runs on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime. This architecture ensures that all enterprise data remains within your own AWS environment, complying with your existing security, access control, and audit requirements. Data never leaves your account for processing.
The agent integrates with external services and business tools through Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Gateway and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), enabling connectivity to your existing enterprise systems without custom integration code.
AWS Integration Points
- Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime for agent execution
- Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Gateway for secure external service connectivity
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) for standardized tool and data source integration
- Deployed within customer VPC for network isolation
- Compatible with existing IAM policies for access control

Highlights
- Built by Acroquest Technology, an AWS Partner holding both the AWS ML Competency and AWS AI Service Competency. The agent acts as a semantic layer for enterprise data, translating natural language questions into coordinated searches, queries, and analyses across multiple data sources simultaneously - eliminating the need for SQL expertise, system-specific training, or manual data consolidation across siloed tools.
- Combines structured data (databases, CRM, ERP) with unstructured data (documents, manuals, FAQs) in a single conversational workflow. Unlike tools that handle only one data type, Multidata Analysis AI Agent orchestrates across both to deliver correlated insights with automatic visualization through tables and charts, enabling cross-functional analysis that would otherwise require multiple tools and manual effort.
- Deploys directly in your AWS account on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime, ensuring all enterprise data stays within your environment. Integrates with external services through Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Gateway and Model Context Protocol (MCP) for standardized connectivity to business tools - compatible with your existing IAM policies, VPC configuration, and audit requirements without sending data to third-party infrastructure.

AgentCore Runtime Deployment
- Amazon Bedrock AgentCore
Container image
Containers are lightweight, portable execution environments that wrap server application software in a filesystem that includes everything it needs to run. Container applications run on supported container runtimes and orchestration services, such as Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). Both eliminate the need for you to install and operate your own container orchestration software by managing and scheduling containers on a scalable cluster of virtual machines.

Additional details
Usage instructions
1. Deployment
This product runs on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime in the buyer's AWS account.
After the customer purchases the product, we will provide an AWS CloudFormation template and deployment instructions.
The buyer reviews the template and deploys it to their own AWS account. We assist with deployment, IAM configuration, data source connectivity, and testing.
2. Deployment Steps
- Contact our support team after purchase.
- We review the required IAM permissions, network configuration, data sources, and encryption requirements with the buyer.
- We provide a CloudFormation template and deployment instructions.
- The buyer deploys the CloudFormation stack. Because the template creates named IAM roles, CAPABILITY_NAMED_IAM must be acknowledged.
- Confirm that the stack status is CREATE_COMPLETE, then use the output IAM role ARNs to configure AgentCore Runtime, AWS Lambda, and AgentCore Gateway.
- With our support, run test requests and verify model invocation, data source connectivity, log output, and AWS Marketplace usage metering.
3. IAM Roles Created
AgentCore Runtime Execution Role
Used by AgentCore Runtime to run the product.
Main permissions:
- Invoke Amazon Bedrock models
- Use AgentCore Gateway and AgentCore Memory
- Access Amazon S3, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager, and Parameter Store
- Retrieve the container image from Amazon ECR
- Publish logs, metrics, and traces
- Submit usage records to AWS Marketplace Metering Service
Streaming Relay Lambda Execution Role
Used by the Lambda function that relays streaming responses.
Main permissions:
- Invoke AgentCore Runtime
- Publish logs and traces
Database Execution Lambda Role
Used by the Lambda function that accesses the buyer's database.
Main permissions:
- Retrieve connection information from Secrets Manager and Parameter Store
- Decrypt data with AWS KMS
- Run within a VPC
- Publish logs and traces
AgentCore Gateway Execution Role
Used by AgentCore Gateway to invoke the database execution Lambda function.
Main permissions:
- Read the target Lambda function configuration
- Invoke the target Lambda function
4. Permissions and Security
IAM policies are restricted, where possible, to resources used in the buyer's environment.
The applicable S3 buckets, secrets, Parameter Store parameters, KMS keys, DynamoDB tables, Lambda functions, and AgentCore resources are confirmed during deployment.
Sensitive information, such as database passwords and API keys, is not stored in the CloudFormation template. It is stored in AWS Secrets Manager or AWS Systems Manager Parameter Store.
VPCs, subnets, security groups, and database access rules are configured according to the buyer's network environment.
5. Support
After purchase, we provide assistance as needed with:
- CloudFormation template delivery
- IAM role and permission review
- CloudFormation deployment
- AgentCore Runtime, Gateway, and Lambda configuration
- Data source and VPC connectivity
- Testing and troubleshooting
