AI-native platform that automates financial crime compliance - from sanctions screening to complex trade finance investigations - with governed, evidence-based AI agents.
RiskPulse: AI Native Financial Crime Compliance Platform
One platform for financial crime compliance - from a routine screening alert to the most complex trade finance investigation. RiskPulse automates 80%+ of investigation and assembly work while ensuring 100% of conclusions carry evidence and a reasoning chain.
How It Works: Three Governed AI Agents
Every case runs through three coordinated agents, each answerable for its own work:
Plan Agent - Categorizes the case, maps the structure, determines applicable regimes, and generates the complete task list before a person reads a page.
Examine Agent - Executes the plan by sourcing external data, validating documents, extracting fields with citations to source pages, and resolving entities against registries and lists.
Report Agent - Assembles findings, drafts the narrative in your templates and house style, and attaches supporting evidence as an examiner-ready package.
Reviewers can interrogate the plan, evidence, and conclusion independently - accepting, amending, or rejecting each without disturbing the rest.
Nine Configurations, One Governed Platform
Financial crime work is not one job. RiskPulse handles everything because the underlying method - plan the file, gather the evidence, report the finding - does not change with the difficulty:
Name Screening and Sanctions - Dispositions sanctions, PEP, and adverse media alerts with semantic matching and reasoned rationale.
Payment Screening - Tests hits semantically against entity type, jurisdiction, and identifying detail with written rationale for each disposition.
Capital Markets Onboarding - Handles fund, SMA, LP, and SPV structures behind a single mandate.
Commercial Banking Onboarding - Verifies documents, maps ownership to the ultimate beneficial owner, and scores risk against your policy.
Trade-Based Money Laundering - Reads trade documents, tests pricing against benchmarks, checks vessel and route consistency.
Merchant Fraud - Assesses fraud patterns against control, collusion, and documentation indicators.
Vendor Fraud - Traces ownership, reconstructs transactions, and writes findings against your policy.
Corporate Fraud - Traces fund flows across accounts and produces investigator-ready case files.
Key Differentiators
Policy-Driven Execution - Your onboarding domains, client categories, risk appetite, CDD and EDD depth, checklists, and narrative templates drive every step. The agents execute your policy - they do not bring their own.
Human-in-the-Loop - Analysts and managers validate, override, and approve at every gate. Nothing is filed on the platform's own authority, and every intervention is recorded as part of the audit trail.
Complete Audit Trail - The platform records what was asked, what was executed, what evidence was found, and who approved it. The result is a complete case record an examiner can follow without needing the person who built it.

Highlights
RiskPulse automates 80%+ of investigation and assembly work through three governed AI agents (Plan, Examine, Report) that extract facts, not opinions. Every conclusion carries evidence and a reasoning chain. Reviewers can interrogate the plan, evidence, and conclusion independently - accepting, amending, or rejecting each without disturbing the rest. The platform records what was asked, executed, found, and approved, producing a complete case record an examiner can follow.
Highly configurable and policy-driven: your onboarding domains, client categories, risk appetite, CDD and EDD depth, checklists, and narrative templates drive every step. The agents execute your policy - they do not bring their own. Human-in-the-loop adjudication ensures analysts and managers validate, override, and approve at every gate. Nothing is filed on the platform's own authority, and every intervention is recorded as part of the audit trail.

RiskPulse charges through a contract with two independent usage dimensions. You pay per commercial or capital-markets entity you onboard and periodically review. Separately, you pay per financial-crime alert case you investigate, covering areas like AML transaction monitoring, sanctions, fraud, and correspondent banking. Each dimension scales with your volume — entities onboarded or cases investigated — so you only pay for the work run. The prices shown are placeholders. Your final rates may vary by use case, volume, workflow complexity, data sources, integrations, and deployment model. Final pricing comes through a negotiated AWS Marketplace Private Offer.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one entity for the Commercial Entity Onboarding dimension?
One entity is a single legal entity you onboard or periodically review. For capital-markets mandates, each fund, separately managed account, SPV, or limited partnership is treated as its own file. So one relationship carrying several legal structures counts as several entities, not one.
If several alerts share one entity, am I billed for multiple investigation cases?
No. When several alerts share an entity and overlapping transactions, RiskPulse groups them into one case rather than several. You investigate that customer once. This cross-alert analysis is additive for monitoring priority but not multiplicative for risk, so overlapping alerts do not multiply your per-case charges.
How do the onboarding and investigation dimensions combine on my bill?
The two dimensions bill independently and appear on the same invoice. Entity onboarding charges accrue per entity you onboard or review. Investigation charges accrue per financial-crime case you investigate. Which dominates depends on your work mix — onboarding-heavy programs skew one way, high alert volume the other.
