They differ only in the compute capacity of the underlying server you run. The t2 and t3 families offer different generations, while micro, small, and medium indicate rising CPU and memory. Your hourly cost reflects the AWS infrastructure size you select, not the application's capabilities.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each type maps to an AWS EC2 server size you rent by the hour. The micro, small, and medium labels set rising CPU and memory. The t2 and t3 prefixes mark different hardware generations. The software carries no charge, so your hourly cost reflects only the server capacity you pick.
The software itself is free, so it adds no charge whether running or stopped. Hourly EC2 charges apply only while the instance runs. A fully stopped instance does not accrue compute charges, though attached AWS storage may still bill separately regardless of instance state.
You change capacity by selecting a different instance size, not by stacking dimensions. Each of the six types bills independently by the hour. To scale up, you launch a larger type such as t3.medium instead of a micro or small option. There is no automatic tier upgrade.

Usage instructions
Once the instance is running, enter the http://[public_dns]/ into your browser. You will then see the Content Repository 6 application. You can log in to the Content Repository 6. The username is 'admin' and you will be prompted to initialize the password at first login. You can also access your instance via SSH using the username 'ec2-user' and your Amazon Web Services private key.
