Extra downloads on either plan use credits sold separately. The main difference is exports, integration access, and included leads.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one user seat cover, and do the download and lead limits apply per seat?
Each plan includes one user seat tied to the email you use at checkout. On the Business Plan, the monthly download limit (10 tables, 10 dashboards, 10 reports) and 100 company leads apply to that seat. Download limits count as a total across all users on the account.
How do credits work when I exceed my included downloads?
Extra downloads use credits sold separately. A dataset costs 20 credits, a dashboard 50 credits, and a report 70 credits. Company leads cost 1 credit each. The minimum credit purchase is 50 credits, and credits stay valid for 365 days. You can only spend credits while your subscription is active.
What does the Business Plan's API access let me do that the Smart Plan cannot?
The Business Plan includes API access up to 10,000 requests per month, letting you pull trade, production, and price data into your own systems. The Smart Plan has no API access, so you work only through the online interface. API keys are read-only and generated in your account.
