The Business Plan adds a monthly download allowance, API access up to 10,000 requests per month, and 100 company leads per month. Extra downloads and company leads come from credits sold separately. Pricing scales by adding export, integration, and lead capabilities, not by data coverage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
How many credits do I need to download a report, dataset, or dashboard?
Downloads use credits at set rates: a dataset (.xlsx) costs 20 credits, a dashboard (.pptx) costs 50 credits, and a report (.docx) costs 70 credits. You buy credits in a minimum bundle of 50. Credits stay valid for 365 days but only work while your subscription is active.
What happens if I exceed the Business Plan's monthly download or API request limits?
The Business Plan includes 10 tables, 10 dashboards, 10 reports, and up to 10,000 API requests per month. Extra downloads beyond that allowance draw from credits you buy separately. The download limit is a total across all users. API calls that pass your monthly quota return an error until the next month.
What does one company lead cost, and how does that differ between the two plans?
Company lead data costs 1 credit per company on both plans. The Smart Plan charges for every lead through credits. The Business Plan includes 100 company leads per month at no extra credit cost; leads beyond that draw from purchased credits.

The Textile Production Line Observability Platform enables real-time visibility across weaving, dyeing, and finishing operations. Built on ElixirData (Context OS) and deployed on AWS-native infrastructure including Amazon EKS, Amazon MSK, AWS Lambda, and Amazon CloudWatch, the platform continuously monitors production workflows, machine performance, defect rates, and raw material variability to detect quality risks before batch completion. By correlating operational telemetry and manufacturing dependencies into a unified observability layer, it enables faster root-cause identification, improves operational coordination, and enhances production intelligence across textile manufacturing environments.
