NV Desk pricing is built around annual ticket volume. You choose a contract based on how many tickets you expect to handle in a year, counting both inbound and outbound. The three options scale by capacity: 0.6MM, 1.5MM, and 3.0MM tickets per year. Each is a separate yearly commitment, so you pick the tier that matches your expected volume rather than adding usage on top. Note that some third-party application integrations may carry separate API usage fees, billed apart from this contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one ticket for billing on NV Desk?
A ticket is one support case handled through the platform. Both inbound and outbound tickets count toward your yearly total. Your contract sets a yearly ceiling, such as 0.6MM, 1.5MM, or 3.0MM tickets, and each ticket you process draws down that annual allowance.
Does my NV Desk contract cover the API fees for third-party application integrations?
No. Some third-party integrations across healthcare, automotive, and banking charge separate API usage, access, or transaction fees. These are not part of the ticket contract. The vendor bills them separately, quarterly in advance, based on expected usage, with monthly tracking and adjustments carried to the next invoice.
What happens if my ticket volume exceeds the tier I committed to?
Each tier is a separate yearly commitment sized to your expected volume. To handle more tickets, you select a higher-capacity contract rather than adding usage onto your current tier. The tiers do not stack, so you choose the option matching your annual volume upfront.
