Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers one contract option: the Enterprise tier starter. You buy it as a fixed bundle measured in units. Each unit package covers 50 CMS users and 10 tenants, which are isolated projects or sites running on one instance. It includes basic support with no service-level agreement and 10 hours of consultancy. Pricing does not scale by site or by API usage. Instead, you commit to this defined allocation of users, tenants, support, and consultancy hours under a single contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one tenant in this bundle?
A tenant is a fully isolated project, brand, market, or client running on one Webiny instance. Each tenant keeps its own content, assets, users, and permissions. This bundle covers 10 tenants, all sharing the same underlying serverless infrastructure with no extra instances to provision.
What happens to my cost if I add more websites or handle more API traffic?
The contract price does not change with sites or API usage. There is no per-site pricing and no API metering. Your cost stays tied to the fixed allocation of 50 CMS users and 10 tenants. Hosting runs in your own cloud, so AWS infrastructure charges are separate.
What does the 10 hours of consultancy cover, and what support level is included?
The bundle includes 10 hours of consultancy from Webiny plus basic support. Basic support carries no service-level agreement, so no guaranteed response times apply. For needs beyond the included consultancy hours, contact the vendor directly.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve found myself genuinely loving the easy-to-use, drag-and-drop web page creator. It makes creating basic websites for marketing and landing pages an easy, hassle-free experience. It’s also serverless, so hosting a website with a CMS becomes extremely affordable for small businesses, since the cost to host is 0 for the first million requests. Implementing the actual solution was actually really easy just by following the getting started documentation and there's really good customer support available for those who need it by reaching out to the community or paying for enterprise support. What I do know is the development is open source and that we can get assistance or guidance on integration via Slack quite easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside I previously had with Webiny was that it was only available as a serverless option through AWS, which limited my choices for how and where to run it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows small, extremely low-budget companies and individuals to quickly create a simple business website, without necessarily requiring monthly subscription fees.

What do you like best about the product?
Webiney is a content management system that is open-source, self-hosted. It offers so much verstility through a wide range of modules and addons. Overall Webiney accelartes the development of web application, UI's and so on by the different tools it offers. With it I am now able to deliver my structural design sheets and programs through a well designed easy to use web page. and by being Self-hosted, you are also able to save maybe 75% of the cloud hosting cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Webiny is easy to use, I needed first to learn some topics related to development, and there were no offered tutorials that I could use to my knoweldge. Also, being open-source, there are always doubts regarding the continuity of development and support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly creating Web applications and user interfaces, but Webiny is capable of doing much more than that. Using Webiny made me release that I was wasting so much time to do simple tasks that otherwise need way less effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Great open-source and self hosted platform. It was really easy to use for someone with not much experience in development as myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free pricing plan of Open Source didn't provide me with everything I needed such as audit logs and the premium enterprise plan was way too expensive for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our team we don't have experience in software engineering and Webiny provided us with a full-stack project that we used to start building.
