Rayvolve is the market leading AI software that automatically detects fractures on MSK X-rays. Rayvolve has been successfully implemented in +1000 locations and +45 countries. It is CE IIa MDR and FDA cleared (among other certifications).
This product extends the functionality of hospital/clinic Picture Archiving Communications Systems (PACS) and viewers, without which, this product has limited utility. Please note that hospital/clinic Picture Archiving Communications (PACS) and viewers may require their own licenses for full functionality with this listing.
Highlights
Rayvolve offers unmatched standalone performances with 99% sensitivity, 90% specificity and 99.6% NPV
Rayvolve enables physicians to save 27% of reading time on average (up to 33%) and avoid 67% of false negatives (medical errors), it is a real safety net
Rayvolve has been proven efficient from an ROI point of view with a study showing a reduction of the TurnAround Time (TAT) on positive fracture detection. Rayvolve helped reducing the TAT by 6 (from 48 hours to 8 hours).

You buy this fracture detection tool through an annual contract priced by how many musculoskeletal (MSK) X-rays you process each year. The three dimensions are volume brackets, not product versions. Volume Bracket 1 covers 5,000 to 25,000 MSK X-rays per year. Volume Bracket 2 covers 25,001 to 50,000 per year. Volume Bracket 3 covers 50,001 to 100,000 per year. You pick the bracket that matches your expected yearly image volume. The capability stays the same across all three; only the annual X-ray allowance changes as you move up.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one MSK X-ray for billing under each volume bracket?
An MSK X-ray is a single musculoskeletal radiograph the tool analyzes for fractures, dislocations, and joint effusions. Each processed image counts toward your yearly allowance. The bracket you choose sets how many such X-rays you can process across a 12-month contract.
What happens if my yearly X-ray volume goes above my chosen bracket's range?
Each bracket caps a yearly volume: Bracket 1 up to 25,000, Bracket 2 up to 50,000, Bracket 3 up to 100,000 MSK X-rays. If you expect to exceed your bracket's ceiling, you would move to the bracket that covers your higher volume. Contact the vendor to confirm how mid-contract volume changes are handled.
Does the fracture detection capability change between the three volume brackets?
No. All three brackets provide the same fracture, dislocation, and joint effusion detection on MSK X-rays. Only the yearly image allowance differs. You pick the bracket by expected annual volume, not by feature set.
