This dataset is a study of the strong evidence that supports arthroplasty for patients with hip fractures like unstable (displaced) femoral neck instead of internal fixation.
These studies reported better outcomes for patients in whom internal fixation was avoided as the treatment of choice. A decreased rate of reoperation among patients treated with arthroplasty was the most consistent finding across the studies.
A meta-analysis on patients treated with hemiarthroplasty demonstrated no statistically significant difference in mortality. The benefit of implementing this recommendation will be the avoidance of reoperations in this frail patient population.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
This listing uses a single pricing dimension: Product Access (Units). It is offered for free, so you pay nothing to subscribe. There are no tiers, instance sizes, or usage add-ons to choose between. Subscribing grants you access to the product under this one dimension. Because only one option exists, pricing does not scale by quantity or usage. You get the same access level regardless of how you use the product.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the Product Access (Units) dimension actually give me access to?
Subscribing under this dimension grants access to the product itself. Because it is offered free, one unit represents your access grant rather than a metered resource like a user, server, or data volume. You are not billed based on how many units you consume.
Does my cost change if my usage grows or many people access the product?
No. This listing has a single free access dimension with no usage variability. There are no tiers, included amounts, or overage points that could trigger a cost change. Access stays free regardless of how much you use it or how many people access it.
Are there any underlying AWS charges I should expect when running this product?
The software access itself carries no charge under this dimension. If the product runs inside your own environment on AWS infrastructure, standard AWS resource fees for compute or storage may apply separately. Those charges come from AWS, not from this listing's software dimension.
