    What do you like best about the product?
    Heroku has enabled us to automate our file processing tasks, such as running the unzip process for RFP case attachments directly on the platform. It has also made it easier to manage real-time synchronization of the contents within those zip files.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Cost and support was very pathetic. Debugging to be improved.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Heroku helped us to automate file processing with unzip process for case attachments reducing manual efforts and also real time sync of when ever files are unziped

    •It supports multiple programming languages making it flexible for various development teams.
    •Heroku supports high security which helps the users to trust with no second thought.
    •With the built-in tools Heroku help us to develop applications very quickly.
    •Has strong community support making the learners more confident.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While Heroku is a great tool for small and medium applications, managing the large and complex applications may require additional stratergy and architecture.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    •Many applications fail to handle traffic spike but Heroku's scalable architecture allows applications to automatically scale resources based on demand, ensures consistent performance even in the peak times.
    •Heroku provides robust security and compliance protocols, which gives peace of mind for business operating in regualted industries.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Heroku was solid last decade, they have declined rapidly
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Dealing with Heroku is ok unless there is an issue. It's impossible to get resolutions without going through layers of people and support tickets. Nothing is fast, emergencies are not escalated.

    AVOID at all costs if uptime and customer support is important to your business.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Right now, they are causing way more problems than solving. We are actively looking for alternatives and you probably should too.
