We provide POI/visitation data, which helps power geographical information system (GIS) tools and provides data-driven insights across a wide range of use cases, from marketing to public planning and fraud detection.
Our location intelligence data connects people's movements to over 14 million physical locations globally. These are aggregated and anonymized data that are only used to offer context for the volume and patterns of visits to certain locations. This data feed is compiled from different data sources around the world.
Location Intelligence Data Reach:
Location intelligence data brings POI/place/OOH level insights calculated on the basis of Factori’s Mobility & People Graph data aggregated from multiple data sources globally. In order to achieve the desired foot-traffic attribution, specific attributes are combined to bring forward the desired reach data.
For instance, in order to calculate the foot traffic for a specific location, a combination of location ID, day of the week, and part of the day can be combined to give specific location intelligence data. There can be a maximum of 40 data records possible for one POI based on the combination of these attributes.
Data Export Methodology:
Since we collect data dynamically, we provide the most updated data and insights via a best-suited method at a suitable interval (daily, weekly, or monthly).
Use Cases:
Credit Scoring:
Financial services can use alternative data to score an underbanked or unbanked customer by validating locations and persona.
Retail Analytics:
Analyze footfall trends in various locations and gain an understanding of customer personas.
Market Intelligence:
Study various market areas, the proximity of points or interests, and the competitive landscape
Urban Planning:
Build cases for urban development, public infrastructure needs, and transit planning based on fresh population data.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing uses a single pricing dimension: Product Access (Units). You buy access to the point-of-interest, map, and visitation dataset through a contract commitment. Pricing scales by the number of units you subscribe to, not by tiers or instance sizes. One dimension covers your access to the data. You then receive verified locations, standard categories, and aggregated visit signals under that same access. There are no separate add-ons or usage-based charges in the table. To size your commitment for a specific market or use case, work with the vendor.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit of Product Access for billing?
A unit grants your subscription access to the point-of-interest, map, and visitation dataset. The data covers verified locations with names, addresses, coordinates, and categories, plus aggregated visit signals. Units define your access to this data, not a per-record or per-location count. To size units for your market, work with the vendor.
How do I receive the data once I subscribe under this access?
The dataset uses one schema queryable through a raw feed, a REST API, or a natural-language server connection. Updates arrive on a recurring basis and may include new openings, closures, category changes, brand changes, and geocode improvements. Visit signals can be delivered daily, weekly, or monthly depending on the arrangement.
Does my access include both raw and aggregated location data?
Your access covers verified points of interest with core attributes, plus aggregated visit signals grouped into a hexagonal grid. Aggregated signals report visit counts, brand presence, and share of visits per cell, not individual visitors. Visit data can produce up to 30 records per location based on day and time-of-day combinations.
