This listing is free software, so you pay no license fee through the Marketplace. Your only cost comes from the underlying AWS EC2 instance you choose to run it on. Each dimension represents a different EC2 instance type, billed hourly. The options vary by compute, memory, and storage capacity, letting you match the instance size to your deployment needs. You deploy the Command Center onto the instance type that fits your workload, then run it for the hours you use. Larger or more resource-heavy instance types carry higher hourly rates.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each dimension is an AWS EC2 instance type with a different mix of compute, memory, and storage. You pick the one that fits your deployment size. The vendor's setup guide points to m4.2xlarge as a starting instance type. The software is free; you pay only the hourly EC2 rate for your chosen type.
The software carries no license fee, so no software charges apply at all. Your cost is the underlying AWS EC2 instance, billed by running hour. A fully stopped instance stops accruing hourly compute charges. Attached storage may still incur standard AWS storage fees while the instance is stopped.
Each dimension is a separate EC2 instance type billed hourly. You are not locked into one. You can deploy on a larger or smaller instance type to match your workload, since the software itself is free. Setup follows the same steps regardless of the instance type you select.
