The provision of services is contingent upon the service fee payment and adheres to all terms, restrictions, and exceptions detailed herein.
- The Services covered by this Agreement include: 1.1. System failures across production, pre-production, or test environments. 1.2. Discrepancies in system behavior from the agreed-upon functionality in any environment. 1.3. Assistance for customer systems interfacing with Signer1 systems, especially when functionality issues arise potentially due to Signer1 system malfunctions or client system version updates. Note: Special development requests not covered under the service terms will incur additional charges.
