AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You pay per managed user per month, billed under a contract. The four plans scale by user count: 10, 500, 5000, and 10,000 users. As you move to plans built for higher user counts, the per-user rate goes down. Pick the plan that matches the number of users you expect to manage. A managed user is a user synchronized with your directory and controlled by the platform.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one managed user for billing?
A managed user is a user synchronized from your directory and associated with a directory group that the platform controls. Each such user counts as one billed managed user per month. Users outside the managed groups do not count toward your monthly total.
If my user count grows past my plan size, does my rate change automatically?
No. Each plan sets a fixed per-user rate tied to a user-count band. You select the plan matching your expected user count. Moving to a plan built for a higher user count applies its rate to your managed users. That change is a plan selection, not an automatic shift.
What drives my monthly cost under this contract?
Your bill is the number of managed users multiplied by the per-user rate of your chosen plan. User count is the only variable metric. There are no separate charges for workspaces, applications, or packages in these pricing dimensions. Underlying AWS resource fees are billed separately by AWS.
