Our application allows fans to interact in real time with the
stadium's video scoreboards. Fans can scan a QR code displayed on the video scoreboards and be redirected to a dedicated area where they can upload a photo of themselves
enjoying the event. The photos are displayed on the video scoreboards, providing a unique and participatory experience, as well as serving as advertising support for sponsors, as it allows selected advertising to be displayed while the photos are shown.
Highlights
Real interaction with (the) fans: fans actively take part in the event by sharing their photos live and becoming part of the show.
App personalisation: add your own colours, logos and more to turn every event into a unique memory that strengthens fan loyalty to your club.
Connection with your brand/club/sponsors: it displays sponsor advertising alongside photos presentations on screens, increasing visibility and adding value for its sponsors.

QRScan Sport sells through three contract options priced by media capacity per event. Basic covers 100 photos per event. Professional covers 200 photos per event. Both set a fixed photo allowance for each event you run. Enterprise is not a fixed allowance. Its price scales with your resource demand and the volume of photos and videos you need. This lets larger events size their contract to expected usage. You choose the tier that matches how much fan-generated content you expect at each event.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one photo in the Basic and Professional allowances?
Each photo is a single fan-uploaded image tied to one event. Fans scan a QR code and upload images from their phones. Basic covers 100 uploads per event, Professional covers 200 per event. The count resets for each event you run.
What happens to my cost under the Enterprise option compared to the fixed tiers?
Enterprise does not set a fixed photo count. Its price scales with your resource demand plus the volume of photos and videos you expect. Basic and Professional lock in a set photo allowance per event, so your cost stays fixed regardless of turnout.
Does the Enterprise option add video, and how does that affect billing?
Yes. Enterprise covers both photos and videos, while Basic and Professional cover photos only. Adding video increases resource demand, which is one factor the Enterprise price reflects. The more media volume you expect at an event, the higher the Enterprise contract sizing.
