Pricing scales with the instance you select — larger instances with more CPU, memory, or GPU capacity carry higher hourly rates. You choose the instance that fits your video conferencing workload and pay only for the hours you run it.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each unit is one running EC2 instance of the type you select, charged per hour. You choose one instance size, and the software meters each hour that instance runs. Larger instances with more CPU, memory, or GPU capacity carry higher hourly rates than smaller ones.
Software charges apply per hour the instance runs. A fully stopped instance does not accrue software charges. You pay based on running time, not on the number of active video conferences or participants. Stopped instances may still incur AWS storage fees separate from the software licence.
The hourly charge covers running the packaged software on your chosen instance. Recording relies on setting up a separate broadcaster component, and telephone dial-in relies on configuring a gateway service with a SIP provider. These add-on components require your own setup and are not part of the base deployment.
