TDT-DIRECT is a turn-key microservices-based offering that assures highly-available, auto-scalable, and event-driven bulk and CDC data transfers from PostgreSQL to Snowflake. (For inquiries on other sources and targets, please contact Treehouse Software.)
TDT-DIRECT automatically prepares landing tables, views, and additional proprietary staging infrastructure for Snowflake. And TDT-DIRECT adheres to the recommended best practices of AWS and Snowflake for massive data loading, thus assuring shortest and surest loads.
Delivered via CloudFormation templates, TDT-DIRECT can be up and running, fully preconfigured, in minutes.

- Performance at scale - TDT-DIRECT provides massively scalable and reliable transfers of huge volumes of data, thanks to the AWS Lambda infrastructure and Snowflake's bulk transfer capabilities.
- Ease of delivery/implementation - TDT-DIRECT is delivered via CloudFormation templates, which automate and accelerate the process of installing and configuring the complete TDT-DIRECT application (including AWS Lambda functions and numerous other AWS resources, all wrapped in a well-architected security framework) in your AWS account. This allows your site to be up and running with a fully preconfigured implementation of your new data transfer pipeline in minutes.
- Advanced crawler (DDL generator) technology - TDT-DIRECT's crawler functions are used to automatically prepare landing tables, views, and additional staging infrastructure for Snowflake targets. Optionally, an archiving infrastructure can be generated, as well as Apache Iceberg tables.
