    Overview

    Play video

Nudge Security is a modern SaaS security and governance solution that empowers today's distributed, cloud-first organizations to eliminate shadow SaaS and regain control of their security posture by working with employees, not against them. Here's how:

    SaaS Asset Discovery

Through our lightweight, patented approach to SaaS discovery and inventory, Nudge Security delivers Day One visibility into managed and unmanaged SaaS and generative AI accounts, identities, integrations, and spend across your organization, including SaaS use off-network and on personal devices.

    Third-party risk insights

Nudge Security provides proprietary risk insights to help you better understand, manage, and protect your SaaS attack surface. We provide risk insights on third-party OAuth access, vendor security profiles, and supply chain breach alerts to help modernize and accelerate third-party risk management (TPRM) programs.

    SaaS security posture management

Nudge Security continuously monitors critical SaaS apps to identify risks and misconfigurations. Our platform helps you enforce SaaS security best practices with automated assessments of security settings, identity and access controls, and data sharing configurations via API integrations with a growing number of apps.

    SaaS cost optimization

Our platform tracks SaaS spend, adoption and usage trends to identify which apps employees actually use and where to eliminate unnecessary or redundant ones.

    Distributed workflows

Rather than using traditional security controls that block unsanctioned SaaS access (which often drives usage deeper into the shadows) Nudge Security takes a smarter approach. We automatically engage with SaaS admins and end users through timely, contextual "nudges" that help ensure IT and security policy compliance while maintaining workforce productivity and satisfaction.

    AWS Pricing Info

Nudge Security pricing aligns to the number of active user accounts (re: mailboxes) in your Google Workspaces or Microsoft 365 tenant.

For organizations with fewer than 150 IdP accounts, choose only the item "Nudge Security Platform (1-150 IdP accounts)."

For organizations between 151 - 2500 IdP accounts, choose "Nudge Security Platform (1-150 IdP accounts)" and "Nudge Security Additional Account (151+)." For the second item, enter the number of accounts beyond 150 to reach your total IdP accounts. For example, if you have 200 IdP accounts in total, select 50 units.

For organizations with more than 2500 IdP accounts or to request a custom quote or private offer, please contact aws-marketplace@nudgesecurity.com .

We Found 40+ Shadow IT Apps in 10 Minutes Without Installing a Single Endpoint Agent

    Reviewed on Aug 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The speed of deployment and instant visibility are incredible. Within minutes of granting read-only access to our mail tenant, Nudge Security mapped out our entire SaaS footprint, showing us unapproved cloud apps, GenAI tools, and risky OAuth grants that traditional security tools completely missed.

What sets it apart is its behavioral approach. Instead of IT playing 'hall monitor' and outright blocking tools users need to get work done, Nudge automatically reaches out to the employee over Slack or email. It asks why they signed up, verifies if business data is being shared, and guides them on enabling MFA or enrolling the app into SSO. Its automated employee offboarding playbooks also save us hours by ensuring OAuth access and orphaned accounts are actually revoked when someone leaves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the platform discovers apps based on communication patterns, transaction emails, and OAuth scopes, the initial list can be huge. Sorting through all the low-risk web services and one-off logins can feel overwhelming at first. It also takes a bit of fine-tuning to customize notification frequency and set the right guardrails, so you don’t end up over-surveying employees with automated Slack messages.

In addition, while the automated playbooks handle standard SaaS platforms smoothly, edge-case and highly legacy on-premise tools still require manual intervention from our IT team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every employee adopting their own SaaS or GenAI tool creates massive Shadow IT sprawl, risky OAuth permissions, and orphaned accounts during offboarding.

Nudge Security solves this by giving us a continuous, real-time inventory of every app in our ecosystem without requiring browser extensions or agent software. It automates vendor risk profiling, helps us reclaim unused paid software licenses, and reduces our offboarding checklist time by over 80%. It bridges the gap between IT governance and employee productivity seamlessly.

Nudge Security Makes SaaS Discovery and Risk Visibility Simple

    Reviewed on Jul 18, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Nudge Security is how simple it makes something that’s usually very complex. I like that it automatically discovers SaaS applications and helps identify security risks without requiring agents or creating extra work for employees. It gives organizations the visibility they need while keeping the experience easy to understand and act on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don’t really like is that, because it gives you so much visibility, it can feel a little overwhelming at first. There’s a lot of information to sort through until you learn what matters most. Once you get used to it, though, it’s really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I like is that it takes a problem that’s almost impossible to manage manually and automates it. Instead of wondering what apps employees are using or whether old accounts still have access, everything is visible in one place. That saves time, helps prevent security issues, and gives me confidence that fewer things are slipping through the cracks.

Powerful Visibility Into SaaS Usage and Risk With Nudge’s AI Dashboard

    Reviewed on May 20, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Nudge is the tool that you didn't know you needed, until you see the information that it gathers on what you are already doing in your enterprise. The visibility is great, I can see every tool that users have signed up for using there google credentials. This visibility alone helps me understand potential risk and expose from the increasing and consistent breaches. One compelling feature is the AI dashboard, allowing me to see who's using what tool, when.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nudge, like any observability tool, can be overwhelming. It's not a dislike, but more setting expectations, you will get out of it what you put into it. It should be part of app onboarding and lifecycle management so that it complements the use of other tools. If you just buy it and turn it on, you aren't getting the full value from Nudge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nudge provides the visibility into shadow IT that every Infosec leader needs. No other tools surfaces the applications, usage, proliferation, like nudge. Using the UI I can drill down to the user and see applications, last login, common users. The data is well organized and accessible to answer real world business questions, as they come up.
