Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
You buy 1Password Device Trust Core on a per-seat basis, with a minimum of 20 seats. This dimension must be purchased alongside 1Password Business, so it acts as an add-on rather than a standalone product. Your seat count sets the base commitment. The True Up (Units) dimension covers overuse, letting you account for seats used beyond your committed amount. Together, the two dimensions let you commit to a seat quantity up front and reconcile any additional usage through True Ups during the term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A seat maps to one end user whose device you enroll. The Device Trust agent installs on that user's device, then checks its health before granting access. Enrollment covers company-owned and personal devices across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. You must commit to at least 20 seats.
The True Up (Units) dimension covers overuse. When you add users beyond your committed seat count, those extra seats are reconciled through True Ups during the term. This lets you scale past your base commitment without a new purchase, then account for the added usage separately.
Device Trust Core is not standalone. You must purchase it alongside 1Password Business. Core also requires the Device Trust agent and the browser extension, which enforce device compliance checks before granting access to protected web apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and very secure. Sharing sensitive information with family becomes easy with 1password. I can order and fill out forms way faster thanks to 1password.

Auto fill at times has issues. Some sites I need to manually copy and fill my information in.

It’s probably a lack of knowledge on my side, but sometimes the browser extension shows suggestions on login pages and other times it doesn’t.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very user-friendly and easy to integrate. It also provides a faster way to access sensitive passwords while keeping them secure enough for the organization, and it’s affordable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recovery could be easier when the device gets reset; it shouldn’t require admin intervention.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity a shared vault brings to my family life is unquantifiable. Having access to everything we need when visiting doctors, traveling, or balancing daily to-do's is worth the price of admission and then some.
What do you dislike about the product?
No notes, it took me a little while to learn how to disable other password managers on my mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the ability to access web portals that my family shares and taking away the pain of creating and remembering passwords. I've been able to elect for passkeys in many places.
