Easy Setup for Integration and Alerting

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of quickly creating some DLP rules and the automation options that come with the rules, such as alerting the end user and the security team. Alerting the end user is a great way for a business to educate on how to share data properly. Metomic is also much more flexible for creating DLP rules and alerting than most tools with their out-of-the-box features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the portal for reviewing alerts needs some work, but it is constantly being improved upon. I'm glad that Metomic is always accepting customer feedback. I think consolidating menu options and screens would be helpful, but I'm confident UX improvements will come with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Metomic solves the problem of having high-confidence DLP alerts. Our company tried using Google's OOB alerting, and we were overwhelmed with false positives. Metomic is very low-noise.

The customer service is brilliant, the product works really well and the personal information is secure with them as they can prevent people from sharing PI from customers!

Processes can be more automated and the filters can be improved

Metomic helps us prevent our employees from sharing PI with customers and prevent people from sharing internal docs with anyone with a link outside of our company domain.

What do you like best about the product?
Metomic has a very good UI and it is very easy to understand and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
New classifiers are sometimes not accurate, however, it has been noticed that Metomic keeps improving this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Metomic as a DLP tool, and it is helping us to control any sensitive information being shared across the organisation. It also allows us to restrict users from sharing such information online.

What do you like best about the product?
Metomic offers a wide range of popular SaaS tool integrations; the UI is excellent; the rule creation is intuitive and powerful, but the best thing is that they listen to customer feedback and answer any questions with detail and thought! Always had fantastic service from the Customer Success Manager from the very start!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything I dislike, but they are working extremely hard to develop new and improve current integrations, and this takes time to complete.
Another improvement being worked on is supporting SAML SSO, which will be great.

Scanning for sensitive data such as secrets and looking for data loss across our estate, the redactions it can make whilst alerting via Slack and email are really useful.

Easy modern UI, clear distinct landing pages. Even when I have new employee go in and click around they can figure things out vs some other platforms.

Some redundancy in the UI and I feel like some modules can be combined into singular landings. Besides that not much else, Cost?

Multiple Cloud services being overwatched by DLP rules.
