This listing bills by request across independent components. You start with the mandatory HSM XP On Premises device, deployed in your own or a partner's infrastructure. On top of that, you add specialist API modules for the functions you need, such as key management, digital signing, two-factor authentication, LGPD compliance, PIX, SPB, card transactions, blockchain, secrets custody, fraud prevention, and the cryptographic management bus. You then choose an annual support level (8x5 or 24x7, remote or onsite), a setup service (SuperCloud Private or On-Premises, per machine), and optional administration or development training. Each option is priced separately.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the mandatory HSM XP On Premises component provide, and where is it deployed?
It is the hardware security module device you must include in every order. You deploy it in your own infrastructure or a partner's infrastructure. The device stores cryptographic keys and certificates and processes signatures. The specialist API modules run on top of this base device.
How do the API modules combine with the HSM device and support to form my total cost?
Each item bills independently by request and appears on the same order. You always pay for the mandatory HSM XP On Premises device. You then add only the API modules you use, one annual support level, a per-machine setup service, and any training. The charges add together.
What is the difference between the four annual support options?
You choose one coverage window and one access method. The 8x5 options cover five days a week, eight hours a day. The 24x7 options cover seven days a week, around the clock. Each window comes as remote access or onsite access. You pick the combination that fits your operation.
