This listing bills by requests across separate, independent components. You start with the mandatory HSM ST On Premises base, which runs the hardware in your infrastructure. From there, you add cryptographic API modules only as needed, such as key management, digital signing, two-factor authentication, LGPD anonymization, PIX, SPB, card transactions, blockchain, secret custody, permissioning, authorization, fraud prevention, and a management bus. You then choose an annual support level by coverage window (8x5 or 24x7) and access type (remote or onsite). Setup services are priced per machine, and administration or development training are separate options.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one "request" mean for billing across these API modules?
A request is a single cryptographic operation processed by the HSM through an API module. Examples include one key operation, one document signature, one 2FA authentication, one anonymization call, or one card transaction. Each module counts its own requests, and you are billed by the volume each API processes.
How do the base HSM, API modules, support, setup, and training charges combine on one bill?
They bill independently and add together. You always pay the mandatory HSM ST On Premises base. Each API module you enable bills separately by its request volume. Your chosen annual support level, per-machine setup, and any training are fixed additions. Request volume across active modules usually drives ongoing cost.
What separates the four annual support options and the two setup services?
Support differs by coverage window and access type. The 8x5 options cover five days, eight hours; the 24x7 options cover seven days, all hours. Each window comes in remote or onsite access. Setup is priced per machine, with separate charges for SuperCloud Private setup and OnPremises setup.
