Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Navattic offers three plans, each priced as an annual contract and separated by the number of user licenses you get. Starter Plus includes 1 license. Base includes 5 licenses. Growth includes 10 licenses and is built for teams. All three let you build and share interactive product demos. As you move from Starter Plus to Base to Growth, you add more licensed users, so pricing scales with the size of the team that needs access.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one license for billing across these plans?
A license is one user seat in your workspace. You invite each team member and assign them a seat. Starter Plus covers 1 user, Base covers 5 users, and Growth covers 10 users. Each person who builds or manages demos uses one of your included seats.
What happens if my team grows beyond the number of licenses in my plan?
Each plan includes a fixed number of user seats: 1 for Starter Plus, 5 for Base, and 10 for Growth. To add more users, you move to a plan with more seats. The change is not automatic. Contact the vendor to adjust your license count.
Does the price depend on how many demos I build or how many people view them?
No. Pricing is driven by the number of user licenses, not demo volume or views. Your annual contract cost scales with team size, from 1 seat on Starter Plus to 10 seats on Growth. The number of demos you create and share does not change your license cost.

We love Navattic!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to walk through the demo in real time, with screenshots that match in the resulting click-throughs. That said, the caption writer, especially in the style and approach required for a specific demo, is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface doesn’t respond the way I expect. As an example, the replace feature doesn’t pick up smaller text fields very well, and when I try to replace text in those areas, the changes don’t show up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It connects traffic from our website through the Hubspot integration, which is great. It’s also easy to use alongside our current AI tools, and it saves us time whenever we need to pull together a quick overview for a prospect.

Effortless Screen Captures, But Limited Beyond Web Browser

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Navattic seamlessly captures a web portal while I'm navigating through it and allows me to easily filter sensitive data and make changes to the captures. It's really efficient because I can go from capturing the screenshots to deploying a walkthrough for an end user in less than 30 minutes. The interface is intuitive, making it simple to make changes and undo or edit them as needed. It's a real time-saver, as I used to manually take screen captures and use an image editor to modify them, but with Navattic, I can handle it all much more efficiently. The initial setup was also very easy, and while a representative helped out, we were actually able to get it working on our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not currently a tool to capture non web browser based products and services as intuitively as it works with the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic makes it easier for customers to understand our products with interactive walkthroughs, saving us time from manual screen captures and edits. It seamlessly captures a portal, hides sensitive data, and lets us deploy in under 30 minutes.
