    Overview

The Red Hat Enterprise Linux with High Availability image is the foundation to a clustered system that provides reliability, scalability, and availability to critical production services. A cluster is two or more instances (called nodes or members) that work together to perform a task.

    Highlights

    • Cluster infrastructure - Provides fundamental functions for nodes to work together as a cluster: configuration file management, membership management, lock management, and fencing.
    • High availability Service Management - Provides failover of services from one cluster node to another in case a node becomes inoperative.
    • Cluster administration tools - Configuration and management tools for setting up, configuration, and managing the High Availability Add-On. The tools are for use with the Cluster Infrastructure components, the high availability and Service Management components, and storage.

This is definitely the best app for having to sign any documents no matter how small or large. I trust them with the most important documents that I have. Whether it's business or personal. I trust them with any and all of my documents.

Secure, reliable and well maintained by the developers. Simple to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the aim of having a reliable OS, some of the more up-to-date packages are not readily available from the repos. To install more up to date software, sometimes you will need to manually build and compile.

We are using RedHat Enterprise Linux as our Production desktop VM. RedHat Enterprise Linux makes it easy to secure our VMS and ensure all our employees comply with our security standards.

What do you like best about the product?
The support for the Operating Systems and how customizible they are. We are taking full advantage of the free open source operating systems when funds are limited.
What do you dislike about the product?
Relying on a community of helpful people for support is a different mindset compared to using Windows Server or Mac OSX where there is a corporation to call for support.

Note: The community is always incredibly helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run our network registration server on CentOS and one of our survey servers on another distribution of CentOS. The setup was incredibly easy and maintenance is relatively simple.
