A real-time operational view
Fullon Pulse is a live contact center wallboard and alerting solution for Amazon Connect Customer. It gives supervisors, team leaders and agents a shared operational view of voice and chat queues: queue demand, waiting times, callbacks, service levels, daily totals and agent availability. Each channel is shown separately, with its own service level target, and can be viewed together or filtered to one. Information refreshes every 10 seconds, helping teams identify changing queue conditions, make faster staffing decisions and respond before service levels are affected.
Wall screens, desktops and phones
Display Fullon Pulse on large TV screens across the contact center using a configurable wall layout: choose which figures lead, which metric appears in each position and how long each page stays on screen, adjusted on the screen itself while it keeps showing live data. Monitor selected queues in a desktop browser, or stay informed through the iOS and Android applications, which currently display voice metrics.
Thresholds, alerts and access
Configure amber and red thresholds for the metrics that matter to each service, and send browser or mobile alerts to the right people when a threshold is crossed for supported voice and chat metrics. Quiet hours, single sign-on, team-specific access groups and an administrative audit trail help organizations manage access and notifications across different teams and services.
A secure, read-only connection
Fullon Pulse connects securely to your Amazon Connect Customer instance through a read-only AWS IAM role. No AWS access keys or tokens are shared, and no software is installed in your AWS account. The connection can be revoked from your AWS account at any time. Fullon Pulse retrieves only the queue and agent metrics required for the wallboard and its alerts; it does not retrieve recordings, call or chat transcripts, message content, or customer records. Voice and chat channels are enabled for your instance during setup; callbacks apply to voice only, and task and email queues are not currently supported. Setup can typically be completed in about 15 minutes, and the service is hosted on AWS in the EU.
