AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
You pay by usage across three independent, hourly dimensions that combine on your bill. The first charges for each running Aidbox instance per hour. The second charges for each running Multibox instance per hour, which supports hosting many FHIR servers in one runtime. The third charges for storage, billed per 1GB chunk per hour. Compute and storage scale separately, so your cost rises with the number of running instances and the volume of data you store. There is no upfront commitment; you pay only while instances run and data is stored.

What counts as one Aidbox or Multibox instance for hourly billing?
An instance is one running copy of the software. You pay per running instance per hour. A Multibox instance hosts many FHIR servers within a single runtime, so you run and pay for one instance while serving multiple tenants. Each separately running instance meters its own hours.
Am I charged when an instance is stopped or paused?
Charges apply per running instance per hour. Instances that are not running do not accrue instance charges. Storage is billed separately, per 1GB chunk per hour, so stored data continues to accrue storage charges even while compute is stopped.
Which dimension usually drives the largest share of my bill?
Compute charges track the number of running Aidbox or Multibox instances and how many hours they run. Storage charges track how much data you keep, billed per 1GB chunk per hour. Instance-heavy deployments lean on compute; large data footprints lean on storage. All charges appear on the same invoice.
