What do you like best about the product?

I've found Conductor to be one of the best SEO platforms I've ever used in my career. It powers my team's day-to-day SEO tasks, helps us with our audits, and our new business process. The Research section of the platform provides a brilliant view into any domain or page to explore rankings, top pages, and AI overview visibility. It's simple to use, and helps us do a quick temperature check on organic performance. I also appreciate the robust pages dashboard to track performance wit Search Console and GA4, and track progress with keyword rankings via keyword groups. Additionally, my view is that Conductor is dominating the AI innovation race in the organic search space, with relentless updates, new features, and products that add more value to the platform. The AI Citation tracking is incredibly impressive, to see how certain prompts and topics for our clients are appearing within different AI platforms. Conductor is miles ahead on this front. The creator dashboard is a standout as well - our team can create detailed AI-generated outlines based on specific prompts, and then fine-tune those outputs to align with brand guidelines - it makes for highly detailed results that are a step above what I've seen with other platforms. My team also raved about the in-depth onboarding process, and how easy it was to get up and running with our client projects. Conductor is our north star for our SEO work, and that's going to remain the case for the foreseeable future, especially a future with an ever-shifting AI landscape. Conductor is the top platform for search, and the one we are confident will effectively win the day, regardless of what kind of AI-centric future unfolds.

What do you dislike about the product?

I really like most every feature of Conductor - there aren't really downsides that myself or my team are overly concerned with. Perhaps one would be limited historical keyword rankings data within the Research section - we've seen other platforms show historical data going back several years, and this helpful, but Conductor doesn't have that level of historical rankings data at the ready that we've seen - but it could come in the future. We also appreciate how responsive the Conductor team is, whether during webinars, or our main contacts. I'm confident that we could absolutely share any feedback or challenges and have their team consider updates to their roadmap.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Conductor allows us to solve a wide range of problems, and our team derives tons of benefits. Using Conductor helps us measure clients' organic search performance, connect data to our external dashboard, and execute keyword research. We can also help our clients understand the context around their competitors' organic search performance, and where there are significant strengths or weaknesses to note. We also use Conductor to give our clients competitor keyword gap analysis, as part of our audit process, and it's fairly seamless to dig into that. We are also in the midst of building out more robust tracking for AI citations and building out the tracking for more prompts and topics over time. Conductor's workspaces help us be more efficient, as we can create mini dashboards to continually track important metrics, or keyword rankings growth, among other features. Conductor has resonated beyond our SEO team, where other agency colleagues have been eager to dive in and explore organic search standing for their clients, and collaborate more deeply with my team - and the unlimited logins helps build that seamless cross-departmental collaboration, and breaks down silos. Conductor is going to be pivotal to solve all kinds of problems we run into, and help us capitalize on new business in 2026 - we are highly confident in that.

I was lucky enough to be part of the input for the Writing Assistant tool buildout, and it is phenomenal. I have used it a lot. I am confident that it includes all aspects of the legwork research we used to have to do on our own.

In my opinion, the reports could be improved, especially by offering more customization options.

This tool helps us create content that large language models are likely to reference and also helps generate more brand mentions.

This tool has been assisting me in writing blogs by providing AI support and useful SEO tips. It makes the process smoother and helps me improve my content.

I greatly appreciate the interface and user experience of Conductor, as well as its speed. It allows me to produce content like articles in a few minutes with an SEO-oriented approach. Additionally, it enables me to optimize keywords and content in real-time based on the target audience. This helps me better reach my audience and increase the OTS. Others on my team also find the interface easy and the dashboard intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?

For example, in an article, directly and automatically delete the paragraphs that are replaced by the text produced by Gen AI in response to the suggested optimizations.

I use Conductor to optimize the website, produce content quickly with an SEO approach, and monitor keywords, all in real-time. The intuitive interface and user experience enhance my ability to reach the audience and increase the OTS.
