MSAI Cloud is a revolutionary solution that combines thermal imaging, visible, and vibration technology with a proprietary monitoring and analysis software to manage facilities and critical assets throughout warehouses and distribution centers. Every asset has a normal operating temperature range, and deviations from this range indicate a potential upcoming issue. Sensor provide highly accurate, continuous, and real time temperature, and vibration readings of these assets, and spot deviations before they cause a potential issue.

MSAI Cloud has one pricing dimension: the SmartIR annual subscription. You buy it as a 12-month contract billed on a per-unit basis. You set the quantity of SmartIR units to match your monitoring needs. Because pricing is measured in units, your cost scales directly with how many units you subscribe to. Each unit renews on the same 12-month term. This is a single subscription option, not a set of tiers or add-ons. You commit to the full year upfront.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one SmartIR unit cover in the monitoring platform?
A SmartIR unit maps to the software's infrared, or thermal, condition monitoring capability. The platform tracks heat buildup at connections, panels, motors, and drives to flag early signs of electrical faults or friction wear. You scale units to match the assets and zones you need to monitor.
Does the SmartIR subscription include the sensor hardware or edge gateway?
The marketplace dimension covers the SmartIR software subscription only. The physical thermal sensors and the edge gateway that transmits sensor data to the platform are separate. If you lack compatible sensors, contact the vendor to arrange hardware and installation.
If I add more monitored assets mid-year, how does my cost change?
Cost scales with the number of SmartIR units you subscribe to. Adding coverage for more assets means adding more units. Each unit is billed on the same 12-month term. To increase your unit count mid-term, contact the vendor about your subscription options.
