Clinical intelligence generation as a service, secured in your own private cloud tenant. Leverage the xCures Platform to reduce the operational burden of working with complex medical records.
The xCures AI-assisted healthcare data platform extracts and structures clinical information from medical records gathered across multiple sources (QHIN, Carequality, BYOD, TEFCA's IAS, and legacy systems). The Platform applies validated methods to surface the insights that matter, and delivers them seamlessly to internal tools and workflows.
The platform serves as a semantic layer for healthcare data: built for interoperability, grounded in verifiable sources, and designed to present the right information to the right person at the right time.
The xCures platform accepts structured and unstructured medical records, preparing them for further interrogation and interaction by cleaning, de-duplicating, classifying, and enriching them with metadata.
xCures' verified extraction process produces a standardized, comprehensive clinical record for each patient. Every data element is traceable to its source document.
The AI-ready output is available through the xCures Platform UI, standard REST API integrations, and via flexible export and sync options.
Our platform is designed for speed and flexibility. Structured data and document sets can be displayed almost immediately within the xCures interface. Users can access configurable patient checklists, find records or documents of interest, review patient medical histories, as well as cohort and summary data.
The xCures platform doesn't just deliver structured data. It delivers decision-ready intelligence that accelerates clinical insights and reduces the operational burden of working with complex medical records.

This listing offers one pricing dimension: Platform Access, measured in units. You buy access to the xCures Platform through a contract. Your price depends on two factors: the length of time you need access and the patient volume you expect to cover. As you scale to more patients or a longer term, your unit commitment adjusts accordingly. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose between. You commit to a single access dimension sized to your usage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit of Platform Access represent?
A unit reflects a combination of two factors: the length of time you hold access and the number of patients you expect to cover. Your unit commitment is sized to your access period and patient volume. There are no separate device, server, or seat counts to track.
What happens to my cost if my patient volume grows during the term?
Your pricing is set by the access period and patient volume you commit to. If you expect to cover more patients, your unit commitment adjusts to match that volume. To change your sized commitment mid-term, contact the vendor to discuss adjusting your access.
What capabilities are included when I buy Platform Access?
Access covers the Clinical Clarity Engine, which ingests records from multiple sources, normalizes formats, and assembles a standardized longitudinal patient record. It returns decision-ready checklist outputs with source-document citations. The platform operates across all 50 states and supports treatment-based, individual-authorized, and direct-upload retrieval paths.
