Kaltura has performance defects, more so on matters uploading files and buffering when live streaming

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kaltura Video has effectively resolved the challenges we faced with video management and editing. It supports us in delivering high-quality video training, live event coverage, and editing capabilities. We have secured the video hosting platform, and our team receives internal training on how to manage and work with videos efficiently. The video content is thorough and comprehensive, and we are able to properly evaluate its engagement levels. Additionally, the program integrates with other video sharing platforms such as CRM, CMS, and LMS.

What do you like best about the product?
Kaltura Video cloud is flexible and has a huge range of feature for video management and distribution. It provides the user friendly interface for organizing, uploading and sharing videos across different platforms, which is making it perfect for business and small institutions. It can be easily integrate with other tools like LM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it is performing great but it's reporting system can be more institutive and customizable for users who want more detailed insights without any need to dig through complex data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using separate systems for recording, live streaming, on demand clips, internal training videos, extra marketing videos etc. Kaltura video cloud saving provides unified video platform for live, on demand and real time across devices.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an extremely customizable and modular solution. Quite widespread internationally and with a huge range of possibilities for growth and diversification. They have excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the price is a little high for our country.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to have a single audiovisual ecosystem that is easily integrated and modular. This way you can save all your videos in a single place, publish them in different systems, avoid duplicates, etc. It also has a range of tools that cover the most demanded functionalities.

At Novartis, we have been using Kaltura for over six years, and I must say the platform is outstanding—highly interactive, with a sleek, modern look and feel, especially with the latest V7 player.

Nothing, it is great. I don’t have anything in this platform which i dislike
