AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers one pricing dimension, billed per user under a contract. You pay based on the number of users covered by the PingOne for Customers Plus + Risk package. This package bundles authentication, single sign-on, and adaptive multi-factor authentication that adjusts prompts based on risk signals. Because pricing scales by user count, your total cost rises or falls with how many customer identities you protect. The service runs in a dedicated cloud environment. Since only this dimension exists, there are no separate tiers or add-ons to select on the Marketplace.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing under this package?
A user is one customer identity you protect with the package. Each account that authenticates, uses single sign-on, or is prompted for adaptive multi-factor authentication counts as one user. Your total scales directly with the number of customer identities covered, not the number of logins or devices.
What does the adaptive multi-factor authentication in this package actually do?
Adaptive multi-factor authentication uses context and risk signals to decide when to prompt for extra verification. It only asks for MFA when activity looks risky. Supported methods include SMS, email, biometrics with mobile push, authenticator apps, and FIDO2 security keys. Real-time threat detection assigns risk scores that drive these prompts.
Where does this service run and can I choose the region?
The service runs in a dedicated cloud environment with data and resource isolation. You can deploy across one to three AWS regions in the U.S., Canada, Germany, Ireland, Australia, or Singapore. This supports data-residency and regulatory requirements. The environment uses active/active replication across regions for uptime.

What do you like best about the product?
* Economic: its managed and cloud-based so we could save up on dedicated infrastructure * Very easy and straightforward to integrate and deploy * Biometric authentication options such as fingerprint and facial recognition in addition to traditional methods
What do you dislike about the product?
* Some advances authentication options can not be mandated for all users as some users might not have devices with the necessary hardware, so setting up alternate sign-in methods is almost always required. This creates noticible complexity for the end users during the initial setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We found PingOne for Customers to be a robust and secure solution for implementing SSO on our internal systems. The platform's ease of use and comprehensive documentation made it simple to integrate with the existing web services. Users have reported a positive experience with the new single sign-on process, and we are confident that our logins are now more secure.
