Dimensions summary
You buy CodeSignal Learn through an annual contract priced per user. Two separate dimensions match your audience type. The Corporate User rate applies to employees you want to upskill or reskill. The Education User rate applies to learners in academic institution programs. Both charge one fee per user for a one-year term, so your cost scales with the number of people you license. You pick the dimension that fits your organization, then set the user quantity. Each named user needs a unique account and cannot share access.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each licensed user maps to one named individual with a unique account. Accounts cannot be shared or accessed by more than one person. If you license a Corporate User or Education User, that seat belongs to one employee or learner for the full contract year.
The seller can run true-up checks, as often as monthly, to see if you exceeded your licensed user volume. When usage stays above your entitlement, you may be asked to amend your order form to raise the licensed count. Extra active users drive the added cost.
