Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

You buy CodeSignal Learn through an annual contract priced per user. Two separate dimensions match your audience type. The Corporate User rate applies to employees you want to upskill or reskill. The Education User rate applies to learners in academic institution programs. Both charge one fee per user for a one-year term, so your cost scales with the number of people you license. You pick the dimension that fits your organization, then set the user quantity. Each named user needs a unique account and cannot share access.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one licensed user cover, and can two people share the same account?
Each licensed user maps to one named individual with a unique account. Accounts cannot be shared or accessed by more than one person. If you license a Corporate User or Education User, that seat belongs to one employee or learner for the full contract year.
What happens if we add more learners than the number of users we licensed?
The seller can run true-up checks, as often as monthly, to see if you exceeded your licensed user volume. When usage stays above your entitlement, you may be asked to amend your order form to raise the licensed count. Extra active users drive the added cost.
How do I choose between the Corporate User and Education User rates?
Pick by audience type. The Corporate User rate fits employees you want to upskill or reskill within a company. The Education User rate fits learners in academic institution career readiness programs. You license one dimension per program and set the user quantity that matches your headcount.
