What is our primary use case?
CYPHER Learning is our preferred platform for executing learning management needs, where we use it to train our employees, onboard new employees, and execute orientation and new training and career development to existing employees, enabling us to impart new knowledge based on emerging trends and changes in our workflow and portfolio.
A specific example of how we used CYPHER Learning for onboarding occurred when we recently hired new agents to facilitate the proper execution of our customer service. We applied CYPHER Learning to fine-tune these new employees so they could understand our workflow and vision, and how to handle our customers effectively.
CYPHER Learning is also used in sales by our sales and marketing department, where they reach new clients who request orientation or training to become knowledgeable about what we offer, facilitating customer training and also training our partners and business stakeholders on their expectations from us.
What is most valuable?
CYPHER Learning offers quite a number of features, including being an AI-powered platform that allows you to prompt it and generate learning content from scratch, and it is comprehensive, enabling us to train and assess our employees to ensure they have captured the content.
The assessment tools provided by CYPHER Learning are quite helpful in tracking progress, as you can reward based on merit through certifications, badges, and leaderboards, allowing us to gauge and refine the content if necessary, thanks to the AI feature that helps generate new lessons and training methods.
A notable aspect of CYPHER Learning is its detailed analytics, which are vital for stock taking and deciding the path we take in training, allowing us to keep effective lessons for future use based on their reception.
CYPHER Learning has positively impacted our organization by enabling us to onboard new employees in a simpler manner, allowing us to calibrate our curriculum in-house and personalize content to meet specific skills and needs.
