Premium adds direct learning record store access, offline caching, and engagement features like podcasts, leaderboards, badges, and certificates. HRIS sync to keep your user list current is also available at Premium. Essential includes single sign-on over SAML and bulk import for larger rollouts.
Each tier covers up to a set number of learners. If your active learner count rises past that cap, you move to a tier with a higher learner band. Premium offers bands up to 1000 learners. For more than 500 learners or deeper customization, contact the vendor about expanded options.
