AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this crisis management software as a contract with named-user plans. Choose a base plan for 20, 50, 100, or 250 users. Each base plan includes 100GB storage, 50,000 geocodes, 600 communication credits, three forms, and support. You can add more capacity through independent add-ons: extra user packs, non-production instances, 100GiB storage blocks, 10,000 geocodes, 20,000 emails, support hours, or a file staging point. Lite users are priced monthly by volume band. You can also add Bronze, Silver, or Gold support per month to scale service coverage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as a named user versus a Lite user for billing?
A named user is a licensed account included in your base plan of 20, 50, 100, or 250 users. Lite users are priced separately per month by volume band: under 1,000, 1,001 to 4,999, or 5,000 to 9,999. Lite users suit large, occasional-access populations rather than core response team members.
How do the base plan and add-on charges combine on my invoice?
Your base plan sets included capacity: storage, geocodes, communication credits, forms, and support. Add-ons bill independently on top. If you need more users, storage, geocodes, emails, or support hours, each add-on is charged separately and stacks with your base plan cost. User count drives the largest portion for most buyers.
What happens if I exceed my included storage, geocodes, or email allowance?
Each base plan includes 100GB storage, 50,000 geocodes, and communication credits. To go beyond these, you buy matching add-ons: 100GiB storage blocks per month, 10,000 geocode packs, or 20,000-email packs. These add on rather than upgrading your whole plan, so you pay only for the extra capacity you need.

What do you like best about the product?
My team and I have found the product easy to use and importantly easy to make changes in. Unlike with our previous solution, we can now make our own changes in Noggin, (rather than sending them out to the vendor,) test those changes in UAT (user acceptance testing), and then push them to the live environment. One of the biggest benefits of adding Noggin for Business Continuity wasn’t just familiarity, though. We also gained efficiency using Noggin for both functions. That speaks to the product’s flexibility; it’s one tool that does many things well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difference between a lite user and full user can somtimes cause problems as Lite Users dont have access to all the features of the Noggin 2.0 system. At times people need to be upgraded to a Full User but only require it for a couple of functions and dont use all the other functinality, that comes with a Full User licence and this has a finacial cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
