AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy a base plan sized by named users: 20, 50, 100, or 250. Each base plan includes the same storage, geocodes, communication credits, forms, and support. You can add capacity separately through per-month packs and per-user options that scale with your chosen plan size. Lite user pricing bills per month across three volume ranges. Independent add-ons cover extra storage, geocodes, emails, telecommunications credits, support hours, non-production instances, and a file staging point. Support upgrades come in Bronze, Silver, and Gold monthly tiers, letting you match each capacity or service option to your needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as a named user versus a Lite user for billing?
A named user holds a dedicated account within your base plan of 20, 50, 100, or 250 seats. A Lite user is billed monthly by volume across three ranges: under 1,000, 1,000 to 4,999, and 5,000 or more. Lite users suit lighter, higher-volume access needs.
What does the non-production instance add-on provide, and how is it charged?
The non-production instance add-on gives you a separate environment for testing or configuration outside your live system. You buy it per user per year, and the price scales with your base plan size of 20, 50, 100, or 250 users.
If I run low on communication credits or storage mid-term, how do I add more?
You buy independent add-ons that stack onto your base plan. Options include 100 GiB storage per month, 10,000 geocodes, 20,000 emails sent, and 50 telecommunications credits. Each add-on bills separately from your base plan, so you scale specific capacity without changing your user count.

What do you like best about the product?
My team and I have found the product easy to use and importantly easy to make changes in. Unlike with our previous solution, we can now make our own changes in Noggin, (rather than sending them out to the vendor,) test those changes in UAT (user acceptance testing), and then push them to the live environment. One of the biggest benefits of adding Noggin for Business Continuity wasn’t just familiarity, though. We also gained efficiency using Noggin for both functions. That speaks to the product’s flexibility; it’s one tool that does many things well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difference between a lite user and full user can somtimes cause problems as Lite Users dont have access to all the features of the Noggin 2.0 system. At times people need to be upgraded to a Full User but only require it for a couple of functions and dont use all the other functinality, that comes with a Full User licence and this has a finacial cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
