YazamTech delivers an advanced Content Disarm and Reconstruction (CDR) API that proactively neutralizes malicious threats in files submitted via application workflows and integrations. With deep cybersecurity expertise and support for over 200 file types, YazamTech's API deconstructs, sanitizes, and reconstructs files to deliver secure, clean, fully usable content, adding an essential zero-trust layer beyond traditional detection tools.
Yazam API is part of YazamTech's advanced Content Disarm and Reconstruction (CDR) solutions, designed to proactively secure files as they are transferred through third-party applications, privately developed applications, and security systems . Rather than relying solely on detection or blocking technologies (such as Firewalls, Antivirus, Antimalware, Secure Email Gateways/Mail Relays, Web Proxies, Secure Browsers, EDR/XDR, Sandboxes), Yazam API applies a zero-trust CDR approach that actively removes malicious content before it can take hold. The API pushes original files, applicable security policy names, and passwords for encrypted files to the Yazam Engine for processing. Yazam Engine deconstructs files into their core structural components, validates them against established standards, and removes potentially malicious elements such as embedded scripts, malformed structures, or hidden exploits. The engine then returns filtering results and fully reconstructed, clean files.
This process preserves file functionality and user experience while neutralizing both known and unknown threats. Yazam API's proactive CDR approach fills a critical security gap, closing vulnerabilities that traditional security tools often miss while ensuring safe, uninterrupted file usage.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract prices by the number of API clients that connect to your Yazam Engine server. You choose 1, 2, or 3 API clients. Each client is one application linked to the Engine for file sanitization. The three options form a simple scale: pick the count that matches how many applications you need to connect. Pricing rises with each added client. All options cover the same core connection to the Yazam Engine; only the number of connected applications differs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one API client for billing?
One API client is a single application connected to your Yazam Engine server for file sanitization. Each connected application counts as one client. If you connect two separate applications to the Engine, that counts as two clients. The count reflects distinct applications, not the number of files processed.
If I need to connect another application later, does my cost change automatically?
Cost rises with each added client. To connect a third application, you select the 3 API Clients option instead of 1 or 2. The change is not automatic. You choose the client count that matches how many applications you plan to connect to the Yazam Engine.
Does the client count limit which file types or protocols each connected application can use?
No. The client count only sets how many applications connect to the Engine. Every connected application can use supported protocols like Web Interface, DCOM, Command Line Utility, and ICAP. Each also applies the same file sanitization across supported file formats. Only the number of connected applications differs between the three options.

This product is delivered using an AWS CloudFormation template for a consistent and repeatable deployment. During launch, the customer selects the EC2 instance type, root EBS volume size, subnet (VPC), an existing security group, and an EC2 key pair (for optional RDP access). The template provisions the instance and completes the base configuration. post-deployment setup is done through the management UI.
CloudFormation Template (CFT)
AWS CloudFormation templates are JSON or YAML-formatted text files that simplify provisioning and management on AWS. The templates describe the service or application architecture you want to deploy, and AWS CloudFormation uses those templates to provision and configure the required services (such as Amazon EC2 instances or Amazon RDS DB instances). The deployed application and associated resources are called a "stack."
AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
