YazamTech delivers an advanced Content Disarm and Reconstruction (CDR) solution that proactively neutralizes malicious threats in files from removable media and mobile devices. With deep cybersecurity expertise and support for over 200 file types, YazamTech's technology deconstructs, sanitizes, and reconstructs files to deliver secure, clean, fully usable content, adding an essential zero-trust layer beyond traditional detection tools.
Yazam Media is part of YazamTech's advanced CDR solutions, designed to proactively secure files entering the organization through sources including CD/DVD, USB devices, and mobile devices (Android and iOS). Rather than relying solely on detection or blocking technologies (such as Firewalls, Antivirus, Antimalware, Secure Email Gateways/Mail Relays, Web Proxies, Secure Browsers, EDR/XDR, Sandboxes), Yazam Media applies a zero-trust Content Disarm and Reconstruction (CDR) approach that actively removes malicious content before it can take hold. Yazam Media deconstructs files into their core structural components, validates them against established standards, and removes potentially malicious elements such as hidden payloads, malformed structures, or embedded exploits. It then reconstructs clean, fully usable files, preserving functionality and user experience while neutralizing both known and unknown threats. As files from removable media may be abused as attack vectors, Yazam Media's proactive CDR approach fills a critical security gap, closing vulnerabilities that traditional security tools often miss while ensuring safe, uninterrupted file usage.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Pricing scales by the number of Yazam Media Clients you connect to your Yazam Engine server. You choose one contract tier based on client count: 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500, or 5000 clients. Each tier sets the upper limit of clients allowed. As your client count grows, you move to a tier with a higher ceiling. All tiers deliver the same file sanitization capability for removable media; the only difference is how many connected clients each supports.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Yazam Media Client for billing purposes?
A Yazam Media Client is the software installed on a workstation or Kiosk that connects to your Yazam Engine server. Each installed client counts as one unit toward your tier ceiling. You can also work without a client through a browser, which still connects to the same Engine.
What happens if my connected client count grows beyond my chosen tier?
Each tier sets an upper limit on connected clients. If your client count passes that ceiling, you move to a tier with a higher limit. The change is not automatic; you select the tier that covers your total connected clients when you contract.
Does the tier price depend on the amount of files or data processed?
No. Pricing depends only on the number of connected Yazam Media Clients, not on file volume or data throughput. The file sanitization capability, which disarms and reconstructs files from USB, mobile, and CD/DVD media, is the same across every tier.

This product is delivered using an AWS CloudFormation template for a consistent and repeatable deployment. During launch, the customer selects the EC2 instance type, root EBS volume size, subnet (VPC), an existing security group, and an EC2 key pair (for optional RDP access). The template provisions the instance and completes the base configuration. post-deployment setup is done through the management UI.
CloudFormation Template (CFT)
AWS CloudFormation templates are JSON or YAML-formatted text files that simplify provisioning and management on AWS. The templates describe the service or application architecture you want to deploy, and AWS CloudFormation uses those templates to provision and configure the required services (such as Amazon EC2 instances or Amazon RDS DB instances). The deployed application and associated resources are called a "stack."
