Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit for billing in the Standard and Advanced Bundle editions?
A unit maps to one named user license tied to a Creator user type. Each person needing access to the web app consumes one unit. You set the number of units to match your team size when you purchase the contract.
If I start with Standard, what happens to my cost when I move to the Advanced Bundle?
The Advanced Bundle includes everything in Standard plus extra spatial analysis tools. Moving to Advanced changes your unit rate to the Advanced tier. You pay the Advanced price per unit rather than adding a separate charge on top of Standard.
Which edition should I choose, and what analysis tools separate them?
Choose Standard for site analysis, maps, reports, and infographic templates. Choose the Advanced Bundle if you also need drive time, territory design, consumer profiling, target marketing, void analysis, points of interest search, and suitability analysis. Both are contract-based and licensed by units.
