NeuBird AI is a Production Ops Agent for IT Ops, SRE, and DevOps teams that brings agentic AI to AWS environments. It continuously analyzes telemetry across CloudWatch, logs, metrics, traces, and changes to help teams prevent incidents, automate root cause analysis, and optimize cloud operations in real time.
Instead of relying on dashboards and manual investigation, NeuBird AI automatically detects degradation, reduces alert noise, and identifies root cause in minutes. It enables teams to move from reactive firefighting to proactive operations.
Built for production cloud and Kubernetes environments, NeuBird integrates with AWS services and existing observability and incident management tools with no rip and replace required.
NeuBird will investigate your IT issues up to $300 in investigation credits during your free trial that let's you explore NeuBird at your own pace. After your trial ends, you will be pay only per credit and can cancel anytime.
NeuBird AI is a Production Ops Agent designed for IT Ops, SRE, and DevOps teams running production AWS environments. It uses agentic AI to move operations from reactive incident response to proactive, autonomous production management.
Despite significant investment in monitoring and observability tools, teams still face alert noise, slow root cause analysis, and costly incidents. NeuBird AI solves this by continuously analyzing telemetry across AWS services, applications, and infrastructure to prevent issues, resolve incidents faster, and optimize operations.
Prevent incidents before they happen
NeuBird AI detects early signals of degradation, configuration drift, and anomaly patterns across metrics, logs, traces, and change events. Teams can identify and address issues 30 to 60 minutes before user impact while reducing alert noise by more than 78 percent.
Resolve incidents in minutes
When incidents occur, NeuBird AI automatically investigates across CloudWatch, logs, metrics, traces, and recent changes to identify root cause in minutes. AI driven triage, correlation, and runbook generation reduce mean time to resolution by up to 60 percent while minimizing the need for large war room responses or bridge calls.
Optimize cost, performance, and operations
NeuBird AI continuously analyzes cloud environments to uncover cost savings, performance issues, and gaps in observability. It identifies right sizing opportunities, missing telemetry, and repetitive operational tasks, helping teams reclaim more than 200 engineering hours per month.
Built for production cloud operations
NeuBird AI integrates with AWS services including CloudWatch and CloudTrail, as well as Kubernetes, and tools like Datadog, Splunk, and PagerDuty. It works with existing environments with no rip and replace required and delivers value within minutes.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
You pay per credit on a usage basis, with no upfront commitment. This is a single pay-as-you-go dimension: you buy credits and spend them only when agents actively investigate incidents, run analysis, or answer operational questions. Alert monitoring runs continuously without consuming credits. Different agent actions draw different credit amounts per run, so your cost scales with how often agents work, not with alert volume. The dimension also supports filtering and setting maximum limits, letting you cap spend. If credits run out, you can purchase more at any time.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one credit, and how much does each agent action consume?
A credit is the billing unit spent when agents act. Investigation and analysis actions each use 1 credit per run. Cluster investigations that group related alerts use 2 credits per run. Conversational telemetry search uses 1 credit per 10 runs. Continuous alert monitoring uses no credits.
How many credits will my environment need each month?
Credit use scales with alert volume and how often agents investigate. As a general guideline, roughly 1,000 alerts per month needs about 100 credits, and 10,000 alerts needs about 1,000 credits. Higher volumes fall under separate arrangements. Your actual use depends on investigation frequency and automation level.
What happens to my monitoring if I use up all my credits?
Alert monitoring continues even when investigation credits run out, since continuous monitoring never consumes credits. You can buy more credits at any time to resume agent-driven investigations, analysis, and answers. This lets alert coverage stay uninterrupted while you manage spend through filtering and maximum limits.
