Each unit covers up to 500 employees (FTEs). If your headcount rises past that ceiling, you add capacity through additional units rather than paying per extra employee. The unit count you commit to should match your expected employee total for the term.
Your unit covers cloud tooling to build and run information security certification programs, including document creation, risk assessment, training delivery, internal audit, and vendor management. Certification audit fees charged by the reviewing body are separate and required regardless of whether you use the platform.
