Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing has one pricing dimension: Impact (Users). You pay based on the number of users under remote patient management, not on actual usage. Pricing scales with the count of users you enroll for personalized patient interactions. Fees reflect the level of service purchased, including the permitted number of connected users. Quantities are set in your order and can only be decreased at renewal. This is a contract-based structure, so you commit to a user count for the term rather than paying per transaction.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing under the Impact (Users) dimension?
A billed user is a Connected User: a member with one or more devices registered on the service, or who sent data via the mobile SDK in the past 30 days. This holds regardless of how many devices that person uses. Each qualifying person counts as one user.
If I enroll more patients than I committed to, how does my cost change?
Fees reflect the level of service purchased, meaning the permitted number of connected users, not actual usage. You commit to a user count in your order. You can only decrease quantities at the start of a renewal term, so growth beyond your commitment is handled through your order form.
Does the user fee include device shipping, patient support calls, or implementation help?
No. Those are add-on services ordered separately. Device logistics covers procurement, kitting, shipping, and returns. A service desk provides patient phone support. Implementation support gives access to a specialist. Each is priced in a separate ordering document and is not part of the base user fee.
