Overview
To use the Vodia Prepaid offer, you must attach the IAM role with the AWSMarketplaceGetEntitlements policy to your EC2 instance. Without this specific entitlement, the Vodia software will be unable to verify your subscription and will not work.

Dimensions summary
This listing offers two prepaid product groups sized by capacity. The five SBC options (SBC4 through SBC20) enable external PSTN calling for Microsoft Teams users, priced by the number of concurrent call channels, from 4 up to 20. The five PBX options (PBX10 through PBX80) provide a full phone system, priced by the number of user extensions, from 10 up to 80. Within each group, you pick one option that matches your channel or extension count. Prepaid pricing stays fixed for the term regardless of usage. You can upgrade to a larger bundle if you need more capacity.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each channel is one concurrent external call between Microsoft Teams and the public telephone network through the certified session border controller. So SBC4 handles four simultaneous outside calls, SBC20 up to twenty. These options only route external calls. They do not include PBX extensions, auto attendants, IVR, or conferencing.
An extension is one user account on the phone system. Billable extensions refer to user extensions only. PBX10 supports up to 10 users, PBX80 up to 80. The number you pick sets the fixed maximum the system can hold during the term.
Your capacity is fixed by the bundle you buy, and cost stays stable for the term regardless of actual usage. If you need more channels or extensions, you upgrade to a larger bundle. The change is not automatic; you must move to the higher-capacity option.
