You buy Solvoyo Control Tower through a single contract dimension measured in platform units. This is one flat platform fee rather than per-seat pricing, so you can add unlimited users without extra charges. Your fee scales with what you run: the decision workflows you enable, the number of locations, products, and external partners in scope, and the level of ongoing support your team needs. The fee covers cloud hosting, third-party licenses, maintenance, upgrades, and monitoring. A separate one-time onboarding fee applies. Contract terms run from one year to several years.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the quick response and understanding of what we wanted. I find Solvoyo helps us efficiently distribute incoming products to stores, maintain inventory balance, and improve replenishment planning. The store replenishment and store transfer features are what I value the most.

I feel that AI capabilities could be improved and the initial setup took some time for me to adapt.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Solvoyo's customer service and flexibility. Our account manager feels like one of our own employees with how well they work with us. The flexibility is amazing, allowing them to integrate and adapt almost anything we need. Solvoyo has also helped us with issues we had around deliveries and order processing. It has been great at predicting and correcting our stock-outs and providing good quality forecasts.

Even though we have a wide range of products and a complex structure with varying KPIs across different subgroups, the solvoyo team delivered thorough analyses for every store request. They continued to make the required adjustments at the category, product, and subclass levels until we achieved effective results.

It is important to carefully follow each step of the process in detail until the program meets all the requirements.

Our objective was to enhance sales and optimize stock efficiency by making sure the appropriate products were available in the correct quantities. As a result of this collaboration, we managed to decrease stock days and warehouse expenses, while also seeing positive outcomes in sales.

What do you like best about the product?
We are currently utilizing AI for demand forecasting. As we move toward full-scale operations, we are also incorporating out-of-stock prediction features, replenishment features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes occasional minor issues but I am very satisfied because the support team is highly attentive and responds quickly with improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a retail company, and we previously used Excel to forecast future demand based on sales data from various sales channels.
However, due to the very large number of SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) and business expansion, we were unable to manage everything effectively, which led to problems with overstocking and stockouts (out-of-stock situations). Siloed knowledge (or dependence on specific individuals) was also a key challenge.
After implementing Solvoyo, the AI now handles all the forecasting, allowing our staff to focus solely on reviewing the predictions. This has been highly effective in improving operational efficiency and inventory optimization.
However, due to the very large number of SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) and business expansion, we were unable to manage everything effectively, which led to problems with overstocking and stockouts (out-of-stock situations).
