Dimensions summary
You choose one of three contract options, each billed per 1,000 shipments. All three include the Control Tower platform for real-time tracking and tracing plus Analytics. The Carriers option adds a driver mobile app and logistics event forms. The Shippers option instead adds yard management (YMS), a logistics times module (MAS), and finance for freight settlement. The options are bundles built around different roles, not sequential tiers. Pick the bundle that matches your operation, then scale by shipment volume in blocks of 1,000.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each option is billed in blocks of 1,000 shipments. A shipment is one freight trip tracked through the Control Tower platform. Your contract commits to shipment volume, so cost scales with how many trips you process, not the number of vehicles, drivers, or users you add.
The Carriers option adds a driver mobile app for trip updates and photo evidence, plus logistics event forms. The Shippers option instead adds yard management (YMS) for dock and appointment scheduling, a logistics times module (MAS) capturing arrival and load events, and finance for freight settlement.
All three options are metered per 1,000 shipments. As volume grows, you add more 1,000-shipment blocks within your chosen bundle. Adding drivers, users, or vehicles does not change the price on its own. The shipment count is the metric that drives your bill.
